Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Project Manager. The company specializes in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, emphasizing innovation.

Responsibilities
  1. Support pre-sales activities for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
  2. Assign and supervise team tasks, managing assignments, vacations, and absences.
  3. Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  4. Handle change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
  5. Provide project visibility to the client and Customer Success Manager (CSM) through follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  6. Alert operations management of potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  7. Monitor all project documentation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  8. Lead project demonstrations for clients.
  9. Resolve issues arising during project implementation.
  10. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Ensure project objectives are achieved, evaluate project outcomes, and identify lessons learned.
  12. Send customer satisfaction surveys post-project.
  13. Identify potential Up & Cross-Selling opportunities.
  14. Lead team retrospectives and suggest internal improvements.
  15. Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.
Experience Needed
  1. At least 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
  3. Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  4. Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
