Main duties:

  • Support pre-sales activities for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
  • Assign tasks to team members, manage schedules, vacations, and absences.
  • Ensure project progress aligns with deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Manage change requests, keeping all stakeholders informed of impacts on schedule and costs.
  • Provide project updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager (CSM), lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Alert management of potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead project demonstrations and resolve issues during implementation.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement post-completion.
  • Send out customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead team retrospectives and suggest internal improvements.
  • Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.

Experience needed:

  • Over 5 years in project management roles.
  • At least 3 years involved in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Intermediate to high level of English proficiency.
