Aquiva is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to drive value for clients and end customers. You will translate business problems into actionable requirements, guide the engineering team, and align stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Product Owner, Salesforce experience, and strong communication in English. Collaboration with engineering, UX and leadership is essential for high-quality, adoption-focused solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years as Product Owner, preferably with Salesforce experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Comfort presenting options, trade-offs and recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and guide client value delivery with clear recommendations.
• Lead discovery sessions to define objectives and success metrics.
• Translate client needs into actionable requirements for sprints.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions deliver adoption, ROI and customer value.
