Nuvolar is seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and to lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation through delivery. You will gather requirements, design declarative automation with Flow, and ensure high-quality configurations across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Formación

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
• Strong declarative configuration and administration skills; experience with complex automation and data migration.
• Familiarity with Lightning Platform, programmatic capabilities, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English and Spanish required).
• Project management experience for small to mid-sized concurrent projects.
• Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud.
• Nice to have: Platform Developer, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including automation with Flow.
• Lead and manage full project lifecycles or phases, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training).
• Manage data quality and migrations using Data Loader.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives, representing Nuvolar externally when needed.
