A leading PPC performance display advertising company seeks a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce. This role involves gathering requirements, acting as a liaison with technical teams, and supporting Salesforce configurations. Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management skills and be familiar with agile frameworks.

Formación

  • 8 years as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required.
  • Experience in agile teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks) preferred.

The company is commercially present in 40 countries with its head office in France. Its product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have left their website. It enhances online shopping by bringing the performance of search to display advertising, offering measurable, scalable solutions priced on a CPC basis driven by user intent. The platform helps advertisers reach more customers, increase online sales volume with similar conversion rates, and achieve a higher return on ad spend. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads and retargeted banners, leading to better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  • Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  • Proven experience translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)

Higher Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects
  • Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Support Salesforce configuration, testing, UAT planning, and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features according to product and tech roadmaps
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  • Support data quality, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
