Formación

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).

  • Partner with business teams to analyze and document requirements.

Our customer is a leading provider in pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising and partners with over 3000 e-commerce brands. The company is commercially present in 40 countries with its head office in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have left their website, thereby improving online shopping experiences. It brings the performance of search advertising to display ads, being measurable, scalable, and driven by user intent, with pricing based on CPC. Personalized banners outperform standard display and retargeted banners, leading to higher click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  • Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)

Responsibilities :
  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects
  • Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in line with product and tech roadmaps
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  • Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
