A leading provider in PPC performance display advertising seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to enhance the Salesforce platform for its e-commerce partners. The candidate will gather requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and support agile teams in delivering scalable CRM solutions. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong Salesforce skills, and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

  • 8+ years as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Product Owner.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Experience in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe).

Our customer is a leading provider in pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising and partners with over 3000 e-commerce brands. The company operates in 40 countries with its head office in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns by re-engaging visitors who have left their website. It enhances online shopping by bringing the measurable, scalable, CPC-based performance of search advertising to display advertising, driven by user intent. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads, leading to better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
  2. Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process.
  3. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative features of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  4. Proven experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
  5. Salesforce Administrator certifications are required.
  6. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).
  8. Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  2. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects.
  3. Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence.
  4. Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals.
  6. Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps.
  7. Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions.
  8. Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
  9. Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements.
