A leading pay-per-click performance advertising company is seeking a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant to support their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, strong Salesforce skills, and a bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and developers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).

Our customer is a world’s leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising company and a partner to over 3,000 ecommerce brands. They are commercially present in 40 countries with their head office in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have left their website. It enhances online shopping by bringing the performance of search to display advertising. The solution is measurable, scalable, priced on a CPC basis, and driven by user intent. It helps advertisers reach more customers, increase online sales volume with similar conversion rates, and achieve a higher return on ad spend compared to traditional display ads. Personalized banners outperform standard display and retargeted banners by providing better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :

  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  • Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)

Higher Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects
  • Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  • Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
