The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently build and automate campaign journeys, managing technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential involvement in other digital engagement tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary tools. The Platform Manager will also manage team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
