The primary platform is Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with potential use of other tools like Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, database management systems, and proprietary tools. The Platform Manager also maintains team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
