Projects
- Support commercial and functional teams in accounts with solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Assist the PM/DM in functional leadership, leveraging in-depth knowledge of marketing platforms to meet business needs.
- Identify and report project risks related to functionality and profitability.
- Ensure project progress aligns with scope, timeline, and budget, alerting to deviations.
- Achieve project functional and business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with Omega's quality standards.
- Oversee effort estimations and support testing phases.
- Deliver functional documentation upon project completion.
Solutions
- Provide effort estimations for marketing projects.
- Participate in client demos with the project team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Suggest methodological improvements within the team.
- Collaborate with technology vendors as needed.
- Recommend innovative products and systems.
Team and Training
- Share knowledge within Omega's practice community.
- Contribute thought leadership, training, and mentorship.
- Assist in developing team skills and capabilities.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- Minimum 4 years implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Support communication campaigns and manage related strategies.
- Stay updated on marketing trends.
- Strong platform knowledge, organizational skills, and English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Ampscript is a plus.
- Experience in database management and CRM platforms.
- Fluent in French is mandatory.
