Coty is seeking a Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern to support color cosmetics FMCG brands from Barcelona, blending cross‑functional collaboration with local execution. The role involves lifecycle marketing, launches, and promotional materials across teams such as Demand Planning and Sales.

You will be part of a fast‑paced, international environment with mentoring, culture of support, and a hybrid work schedule. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and an internship agreement is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Marketing Team in managing the product life cycle.
• Assist in product launches: select global initiatives to launch locally.
• Create internal presentations for trade and sales.
• Develop launch toolkits and execute launch strategies.
• Manage product assortments and catalogues.
• Support creation and execution of promotions and POS activities.
• Build category knowledge and analytical capabilities.
• Monitor market conditions to identify trends.
• Work with Brand & Product Managers to analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data.
• Conduct regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends.

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

We offer a position as Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern for Color Cosmetics FMCG brands. You will support the marketing of assigned FMCG brands and collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases, and Finance to bring projects to life and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing Team in managing the product life cycle
• Assist in product launches: select global initiatives to launch locally based on consumer behaviour
• Create internal presentations for trade and sales
• Develop launch toolkits and execute launch strategies
• Manage product assortments and catalogues
• Support creation and execution of promotions and point‑of‑sale activities: brief creative agencies, participate in developing creative assets and materials
• Build category knowledge and analytical capabilities
• Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify competitor and consumer trends
• Work with Brand & Product Managers to analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data
• Conduct regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to explore marketing strategy, analyse trends, and contribute creatively. As a Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern , you are proactive, flexible, and eager to learn. You get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse and international environment.

• Are fluent in Spanish and English
• Are currently studying or in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Can provide an internship agreement
• Have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Are analytical, organised, and solutions‑oriented
• Bring positive energy and a collaborative mindset
• Are available to work 6‑7 hours daily, Mo‑Fr, for a min of 6 months.
