Job summary

Coty is seeking a Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern to support the Color Cosmetics FMCG brands. You will assist in product launches, develop launch toolkits, and create internal presentations for trade and sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in Spanish and English, studies in Business Administration or Marketing, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required. This internship offers hybrid work in Barcelona and a salary aligned to knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to provide an internship agreement.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Team in managing the product life cycle.
• Assist in product launches: select global initiatives to launch locally based on consumer behaviour.
• Create internal presentations for trade and sales.
• Develop launch toolkits and execute launch strategies.
• Manage product assortments and catalogues.
• Support creation and execution of promotions and point-of-sale activities: brief creative agencies, develop assets.
• Build category knowledge and analytical capabilities.
• Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify competitor and consumer trends.
• Work with Brand & Product Managers to analyse sell-in and sell-out data.
• Conduct regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends.
