Job summary

Coty is seeking a Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern to support color cosmetics FMCG brands from Barcelona, blending cross‑functional collaboration with local execution. The role involves lifecycle marketing, launches, and promotional materials across teams such as Demand Planning and Sales.

You will be part of a fast‑paced, international environment with mentoring, culture of support, and a hybrid work schedule. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and an internship agreement is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Studying Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Can provide an internship agreement.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical, organised, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Team in managing the product life cycle.
• Assist in product launches: select global initiatives to launch locally.
• Create internal presentations for trade and sales.
• Develop launch toolkits and execute launch strategies.
• Manage product assortments and catalogues.
• Support creation and execution of promotions and POS activities.
• Build category knowledge and analytical capabilities.
• Monitor market conditions to identify trends.
• Work with Brand & Product Managers to analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data.
• Conduct regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category trends.
