Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations for projects.
  • Collaborate with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance.
  • Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
  • Document processes and track system performance metrics.
  • Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  • Train end users on new functionalities.
  • Implement technological advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
  • Generate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to team training and share technical knowledge.
  • Identify methodological improvements and evaluate new products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
