Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Optimize application performance and identify technical risks with proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate with technology providers and document processes and system metrics.
  • Validate solutions, train end users, and implement technological advancements.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and generate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to team training, share knowledge, and suggest methodological improvements.
  • Evaluate products and systems to foster technological innovation.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience, with mandatory Salesforce Field Service solutions expertise.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
