Interex Group is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive delivery in a fully remote role based in Spain. You will collaborate with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical teams to design scalable Marketing Cloud solutions and optimise customer journeys.

The ideal candidate has proven SFMC expertise, hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder, and fluency in Spanish and English.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist or Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder).
• Solid understanding of CRM, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation.

You will work closely with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical teams to deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions, optimise customer journeys, and support the organisation's wider Salesforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and optimise solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
• Develop customer journeys, automated campaigns, segmentation, and personalised communications
• Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and technical stakeholders
• Support data segmentation, audience management, and campaign automation
• Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements
• Follow best practices around data management, personalisation, deliverability, and campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist / Consultant
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders xhfqzwm
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) are highly desirable
