Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in Spain. You will lead marketing automation analysis, implement cloud infrastructure, and tailor solutions to client needs across channels.

You will work with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, integrating APIs and ensuring high-quality delivery. A strong client-facing track record and experience with marketing technology are essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and MarTech.
• Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, plus API integrations.
• Experience in client-facing roles translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Track record of maintaining high software quality, documenting, testing, and resolving issues.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
• Participate in the implementation of marketing cloud development infrastructure.
• Participate in analyzing clients' specific marketing and technology needs and contribute to communication processes in systems by implementing developments.
• Perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
• Implement and develop the necessary processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
• Launch developments and automation processes that best suit cloud implementation.
• Participate in development consulting services to ensure that automated communication processes run smoothly.
• Implement the necessary developments to activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that meet clients' needs at different touchpoints with their contacts.
• Participate in implementing the latest technological advances and marketing technology solutions.
• Perform test trials, error diagnostics, and resolve development issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.
• Document development processes and track system performance metrics.
• Meet the agreed-upon software quality standards with Omega's technical management.
• Work on cloud integrations using different programming and development languages: Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, API.

Requirements & Experience

• Proven Experience: +3 years of proven hands-on experience in a similar role within marketing automation and MarTech ecosystems.
• Salesforce Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development, alongside experience with API integrations.
• Client Interaction & Communication: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions and aligning technical teams with stakeholder needs.
• Quality & Performance: Track record of maintaining high software quality standards, writing technical documentation, and performing testing, error diagnostics, and system resolution.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

• Specialized Projects: Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) projects.
• Multi-Cloud Knowledge: Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) or complementary MarTech tools is highly welcome.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certifications are a plus.
