Gracia101 Talent Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join the Global Tech Commercial & Marketing Services (GCMS) team in Toledo. You will bridge CRM, digital marketing, and customer data to design data-driven journeys and optimize omnichannel customer experiences.

You will work with marketing, brand, and technology teams to implement and improve SFMC campaigns, journeys, and data activations, while sharing best practices with international stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Data Cloud/Data 360.
• Experience with Email Studio templates, dynamic content, and personalization.
• Experience in SFMC delivery or project team environments.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) with global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute small to mid-size CRM and digital marketing campaigns using SFMC.
• Build and optimize customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs.
• Support campaigns end-to-end from briefing to deployment and analysis.
• Create personalized communications and multi-step journeys.
• Plan A/B tests and apply insights to improve engagement.
• Work with data in Data Cloud and activate segments across platforms.
• Troubleshoot SFMC data, deliverability, journeys, and automations.
• Guide internal teams on SFMC best practices and capabilities.
• Contribute to CRM process improvements and workflow tools.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, brand and technology teams.

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Global Tech Commercial & Marketing Services (GCMS) team, a collaborative global team of around 15 professionals.In this role, you will sit at the intersection of CRM, digital marketing, customer data, and content, helping to design, execute, and optimize engaging customer experiences across inbound and outbound channels.You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, creative, technology, and operational teams to turn business and campaign requirements into effective, data-driven customer journeys.The ideal candidate combines hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with a consulting mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a genuine interest in improving how marketing technology is used to engage customers.

What You’ll Do

• - Manage and execute small to mid-size CRM and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• - Build and optimize customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• - Support campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and content coordination through segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance analysis.
• - Create and optimize personalized communications and multi-step customer journeys.
• - Plan and execute A/B tests and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• - Work with customer and marketing data to create segments in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and activate them across relevant platforms.
• - Troubleshoot CRM and SFMC issues, including data, deliverability, journeys, and automations.
• - Provide guidance to internal teams and markets on SFMC best practices and platform capabilities.
• - Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes, templates, tools, and workflows.
• - Collaborate with internal and external partners, including agencies, designers, brand teams, and technology teams.

What We’re Looking For

• - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Data Cloud / Data 360.
• - Email Studio - HTML templates, dynamic content, personalization
• - Journey Builder - multi-step journeys, entry sources, decision splits
• - Automation Studio - data imports/exports, SQL queries, automations
• - Contact Builder - data models, attribute groups, data extensions
• - Data Cloud / Data 360 - segment creation and activation
• - Intelligence Reports / Datorama - report setup and scheduling
• - Understanding of data flows, subscriber management, and consent concepts.
• - Experience working as part of an SFMC delivery or project team.
• - Fluent English (C1 minimum), as you’ll work with a global team and international stakeholders.
• - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
