Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

1. Develop software according to user requirements, functional specifications, and technical design.
2. Participate in the technical design of projects.
3. Provide effort estimations for projects.
4. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to help achieve project objectives.
5. Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
6. Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
7. Document processes and track system performance metrics.
8. Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
9. Comply with the software quality standards agreed upon with the Technical Management.
10. Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
11. Apply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

Knowledge / Experience

1. Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
3. Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
4. Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
5. Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
7. Excellent spoken and written English.
8. Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
