Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
• Confident working with Apex, LWC, HTML / CSS, and integrating with REST / SOAP APIs.
• Familiar with Agile development, ideally with experience in the SAFe framework.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

What You’ll Do : As a Salesforce Developer at Sirocco, you’ll play a key role in building smart, scalable solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and functional consultants and take ownership of technical components from design to delivery.

Your day-to-day could include : Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce Designing and optimizing data models, workflows, and automations to improve business processes Implementing tailored Salesforce solutions based on client needs Maintaining and troubleshooting Salesforce applications to ensure stability and performance Advising clients on best practices and industry standards in Salesforce development Working in cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Applying Agile methodologies, including SAFe, to manage and execute projects efficiently

Who You Are : You have 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions You're confident working with Apex, LWC, HTML / CSS, and integrating with REST / SOAP APIs You’re familiar with Agile development, ideally with experience in the SAFe framework You speak Spanish and English fluently, enabling smooth communication with both local and international stakeholders Bonus : You hold one or more Salesforce certifications
