About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team in Spain. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their marketing and loyalty processes, identifying needs within Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud, and recommending tailored solutions. You will provide expertise on the functionality, features, and potential limitations of these platforms, design and present solutions to stakeholders, and collaborate with developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with clients to understand their marketing and loyalty processes, identifying needs within Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud.
  2. Analyze client requirements and challenges to recommend tailored solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud.
  3. Provide expertise on the functionality, features, and potential limitations of Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud.
  4. Design and present solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit of Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud.
  5. Collaborate with developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  6. Oversee the customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
  7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption.
  8. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  9. Stay current with the latest trends and innovations in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Cloud.
  10. Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations, and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing technology or cloud consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Management.
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud, including solution design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with deployment and lifecycle management of Marketing Cloud Personalization and Loyalty Cloud projects.
  • Good understanding of loyalty programs and the various strategies used in loyalty program management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide the right solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
