Una empresa premiada en Salesforce busca un Consultor de Salesforce experimentado para unirse a su equipo de manera remota desde España o Portugal. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la nube, específicamente en Core Clouds y Financial Services Cloud, y se encargará de entender las necesidades del cliente, diseñar soluciones y ofrecer soporte durante la implementación.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobada como Consultor de Software, Analista de Negocios o rol similar en IT.
• Conocimientos en el ciclo de vida de gestión de proyectos en el entorno de FSC.

Responsabilidades

• Entender los procesos de negocio y las necesidades de nubes de clientes.
• Diseñar y presentar soluciones de nube a las partes interesadas.
• Brindar capacitación y apoyo continuo a los clientes sobre adopción de nube.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant (Core Clouds & FINS) to join our team remote from Spain or Portugal.

Responsibilities :

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Core Clouds and Financial Service Cloud needs.

Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored cloud solutions. Provide expertise on cloud functionality, features, and potential limitations.

Design and present cloud solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.

Collaborate with cloud developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.

Oversee the cloud customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective cloud adoption.

Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of cloud applications.

Stay current with the latest cloud trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.

Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or cloud consulting, with a specific emphasis on Core Clouds and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Hands-on experience with cloud development and documentation, particularly within the FSC environment.

Familiarity with cloud deployment and project lifecycle management, especially in implementing and managing FSC solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.

Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
