We are looking for a Client Lead to develop interactions with our customers throughout their Customer Journey Map, ensuring increased satisfaction and loyalty.

The Client Lead is responsible for managing client interactions across the Customer Journey Map, focusing on increasing satisfaction and loyalty. They should have experience in sales processes, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role involves planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. They also generate leads, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with project managers to ensure project success at the delivery level.

  • For existing clients, focus on offering new value-added solutions and leading consultancy sessions for future needs.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare and present commercial offers, and manage communication during presales, involving other teams when necessary.
  • Share sales strategies, objectives, and digital transformation roadmaps with project managers, especially when managing multiple projects.
  • Work closely with project managers during project execution, attending progress meetings and resolving client issues.
  • Manage scope expansions and monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and evaluate project success post-completion.
  • Lead project retrospectives, write success stories, and send satisfaction surveys.
  • Be familiar with operational team members' skills and motivations, collaborating on team allocation and resource planning.
  • Use workload tracking tools, ensure team commitment, and communicate hiring needs when applicable.
  • Contribute to meeting project deadlines, scope, and budget, and collaborate on risk mitigation plans.

Experience and Skills required :

  • Experience managing large accounts.
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem as a Delivery or Project Manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce core and / or Marketing Cloud projects.
  • At least 6 years in business / technology consulting.
  • Experience in digital and international projects.
  • High proficiency in English and native level in French is mandatory.
