We are seeking a Client Lead to enhance customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, increasing satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
The Client Lead is responsible for managing client interactions across the Customer Journey Map, with a focus on boosting satisfaction and loyalty. They should have strong knowledge and experience in sales, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. They achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future results. They are also tasked with generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.
Additionally, they collaborate with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success at the delivery level. They support team members involved in various project stages to meet quality and profitability expectations, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- For existing clients: Focus on continuously offering new value-added services and leading consultancy sessions for future needs.
- Sales responsibilities: Lead negotiations, prepare and present commercial offers, and communicate with clients during presales, coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Strategy sharing: Share client sales strategies, objectives, and digital transformation roadmaps with assigned PMs, especially when multiple PMs work on one account.
- Project collaboration: Work with PMs and delivery managers (DMs) throughout projects, attending progress meetings and resolving client issues.
- Scope management: Negotiate and manage scope expansions related to initial contracts.
- Project monitoring: Track project progress, paying attention to budget and timeline deviations.
- Growth opportunities: Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and analyze project outcomes post-completion.
- End-of-project review: Lead retrospective meetings, review experiences, evaluate goal achievement, and explore future developments.
- Client feedback: Document success stories and distribute satisfaction surveys.
- Team familiarity: Know the operational team members' skills and motivations.
- Team allocation: Collaborate on assigning team members to projects, considering profitability and professional development.
- Workload management: Use tracking tools, meet periodically with team members, and ensure commitment and satisfaction.
- Communication: Convey staffing needs to HR as necessary and contribute to meeting project deadlines, scope, and budgets.
- Risk management: Alert management about potential delivery issues and collaborate on mitigation plans.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
- At least 6 years in business or technology consulting.
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
