Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Shape data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
- Produce architectural solutions considering security, software license management, high-level architecture, technical designs aligned with enterprise standards, and relevant architecture domains.
- Review and ensure quality of solutions to meet business requirements and strategic vision.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs; drive innovation for quick wins and business benefits.
- Support integration and functional testing, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria, and address risks, licenses, and security issues.
- Contribute to communities of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
Experience and Skills :
- At least 4 years in a similar role as Salesforce Technical Lead or equivalent.
- Strong foundation in platform functionality, organization, time management, conflict management, and methodologies.
- Experience in solution architecture, contributing to strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Experience working throughout project lifecycle with collaborators, vendors, or third parties.
- Ability to understand vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
- English proficiency.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
- Proficiency in core technologies of relevant applications.
- Ability to collaborate across business and tech teams to improve services and customer experience.
