Descripción del empleo

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop data architecture roadmaps, prioritizing scope and delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
  • Design architectural solutions considering security, licensing, high-level architecture, and product integration across relevant domains.
  • Review and ensure quality of solutions aligning with business needs and strategic vision.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose designs to capitalize on quick wins and business benefits.
  • Support testing phases, ensuring compliance, security, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and mentor within Omega's communities of practice, fostering technical and business growth.

Experience & Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Strong platform knowledge, solutions architecture, and project lifecycle experience.
  • Ability to analyze vendor proposals and advocate cost-effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and experience in gathering business requirements.
