Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect

Location : Europe (Remote)

Job Type : Contract

IR35 Status :

• Inside IR35 if based in the UK

Job Description :

We are seeking three experienced professionals for our Revenue Cloud team: a Technical Architect, a Solution Architect, and a Solution Consultant / Business Analyst. These roles involve working closely with the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Design and propose Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide developers with detailed instructions on implementing technical solutions.
• Support the Solution Architect in discussions with customers, refine user stories, and prepare them for technical design.
• Stand in front of the customer, challenge them if necessary, and ensure their needs are met.
• Ideally, have experience in custom tax integrations for billing.
• Lead the technical design process, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and present solution designs.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and Salesforce best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities to provide innovative solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Billing.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, technical architecture, or solution consulting / business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience in custom tax integrations for billing is a bonus.
• Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
