Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data architecture roadmaps, including scope, prioritization, and timelines, while addressing technical debt.
- Create architectural solutions encompassing technology, services, security, license management, and high-level designs aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure the quality of solutions delivered, meeting business needs and strategic vision.
- Identify and propose innovative product designs to achieve quick wins and business benefits, aligning with the product roadmap.
- Support testing processes, ensuring compliance and addressing risks, licenses, and security issues.
- Lead communities of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentorship to enhance architecture capabilities.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years in roles such as Salesforce Technical Lead or similar.
- Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, development, and project methodologies.
- Experience as a solutions architect, contributing to strategies, roadmaps, and large-scale project delivery.
- Experience working across the project lifecycle with various stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
- Proficiency in understanding business processes and internal client needs.
- Technical proficiency with core application technologies.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
