Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with a focus on Innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Shape relevant data architecture roadmaps that identify scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, as well as address technical debt.
  • Produce architectural solutions that include technology and services, ensuring they consider security and software license management requirements, high-level architecture and technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards, covering product, integration, and all relevant architecture domains to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Review and ensure the quality of the delivered solution to meet business requirements and align with the strategic vision for the product.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs to advance them; drive product-level innovation where it offers quick wins and business benefits, aligning with the product roadmap.
  • Support integration and functional testing to ensure compliance with acceptance and readiness criteria, addressing risks, licenses, and security issues. Ensure service design outcomes align with quality standards and Omega's service offerings.
  • Contribute as a leader to Omega's communities of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to develop architecture capabilities.

Experience and Skills :

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Strong foundation in platform functionality, development, organization, time management, conflict, and priority management.
  • Solid solutions architect background, contributing to strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for large-scale projects.
  • Experience working throughout the project lifecycle with collaborators, vendors, or third parties.
  • Ability to interpret vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
  • Proficiency with core technologies related to the applications to be implemented.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to improve services and customer experience.
