Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and shape data architecture roadmaps, defining scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, while addressing technical debt.
- Create architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, ensuring security, license management, high-level architecture, and technical designs align with enterprise standards and meet product requirements.
- Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic vision.
- Identify and propose opportunities for product innovation, driving quick wins and aligning with the product roadmap.
- Support integration and testing to ensure compliance, addressing risks, licenses, and security issues.
- Contribute as a leader in Omega's communities of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
Experience and Skills :
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of platform functionality, development, and project methodologies.
- Experience as a solutions architect, contributing to strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Experience managing project lifecycle and collaborating with vendors and third parties.
- Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
- Experience interpreting business information and client processes.
- Proficiency with core application technologies.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to improve services and customer experience.
