Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Design relevant data architecture roadmaps, defining scope, prioritization, delivery timelines, and addressing technical debt.
  • Create architectural solutions involving technology and services, ensuring security, license management, high-level architecture, and technical designs align with enterprise standards. Cover product, integration, and architecture domains to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic vision.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for product innovation, driving quick wins and aligning with the product roadmap.
  • Support testing phases to ensure compliance, addressing risks, licenses, and security issues. Ensure service design aligns with quality standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute as a leader within Omega's communities of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to enhance business, technical, and product architecture capabilities.

Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of platform functionality, development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and methodologies.
  • Solid background as a solutions architect, contributing to strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for large-scale projects.
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle with collaborators, vendors, or third parties.
  • Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
  • Proficiency with core technologies related to the applications to be implemented.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to enhance services and customer experience.
