Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other medical interventions as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and personal support workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of care provided.
• Recognize and respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in clients' conditions.
• Advocate for the well-being and rights of clients, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements :

• Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with (insert relevant nursing regulatory body).
