Job summary

Nicholson Search and Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Architect to own and evolve a complex enterprise application landscape. You will lead the migration and consolidation of multiple Salesforce environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

This strategic, high-visibility role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data governance, and integrations with ERP and billing systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or enterprise systems architecture.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with CPQ experience preferred.
• Strong background in data governance, data modelling, and integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, and third-party platforms.
• Salesforce Architect certifications highly desirable (App Architect, System Architect, CTA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem and wider application architecture.
• Lead consolidation and migration of multiple Salesforce instances.
• Define integration standards, architecture best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Drive data quality, master data management, and system reliability.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor Salesforce admins and developers while guiding architectural decisions.

This is a high-impact role focused on Salesforce architecture, data governance, and platform consolidation, leading the migration and optimisation of multiple Salesforce environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
