Job summary
Getnet is recruiting a CRM & Salesforce Adoption, Enablement and Performance Specialist to join our Spain-based team. You will drive Salesforce adoption across commercial and operational teams, design and monitor CRM KPIs, and lead enablement programs that improve data quality and user experience.
You will collaborate with business users, technology and external providers to deliver measurable improvements, while coordinating rollout of new functionalities and supporting Marketing Cloud
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of Salesforce/CRM experience (required).
- Hands-on with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Drive Salesforce adoption across commercial and operational teams with measurable actions.
- Define KPIs, data quality and CRM performance; produce dashboards and reports.
- Analyze processes to identify conversion gaps and cycle-time improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, tech and external providers on requirements.
- Propose enhancements and automation to improve UX and data quality.
- Lead enablement through workshops, training, guides and best practices.
- Coordinate rollout of new Salesforce features and adoption actions.
- Support Marketing Cloud activities, journeys and performance analyses.
