A leading cyber security firm in Madrid is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their MIS team. The successful candidate will manage user issues, contribute to system upgrades, and provide insights through data analysis. This role requires a solid background in Salesforce along with strong communication skills.

Job Role
You will join Integrity360’s MIS team as a Salesforce Administrator and will be reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst.
The role will be responsible for :
o Account Engagement (Pardot)
o Financial Force Supply Chain Management (SCM)
o Financial Force Billing
o Wrike (Project Management)
What you will be responsible for
o Quickly resolve users’ system issues
o Perform technical investigations around recurring issues
o Setup of new users / deactivation of leavers
o Profile and system permissions config
o Data sharing and role management
o Support the project lifecycle for ongoing projects including :
o Involvement in KPI discussions with stakeholders of each business department, explaining basis of KPI and seeking comment on indicators periodically
o Analysis of KPI’s and reports to explain underlying data and trends and provide insights for the business and its key stakeholders
o Interacting with stakeholders and departmental management to regularly assess adequacy of reporting formats and deliverables and to identify and implement improvements identified
