Focus Areas

1. System Configuration & Documentation:
   • Maintain overall system configuration and adhere to change control protocols.
   • Customize declarative components such as fields, page layouts, record types, search views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
   • Maintain security settings including user accounts, sharing rules, roles, profiles, field-level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
   • Create and update technical documentation.
   • Develop reports and dashboards following best practices.
2. Deployment and Support:
   • Provide high-quality support to users, troubleshooting technical issues.
   • Support deployments and collaborate with the team for continuous integration.
   • Assist end users with data manipulation and updates.
3. Security & Data Management:
   • Maintain security settings and ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
4. Qualifications:
   • University Diploma.
   • Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
   • Strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, including flows, approval processes, validation & sharing rules, and familiarity with platform features and limitations.
   • Knowledge of CRM best practices, Salesforce objects, and their relationships.
   • Experience with change requests and effort evaluation.
   • Familiarity with VS Code and DevOps tools is a plus.
   • Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning; experience in manufacturing and maintenance industries is beneficial.
   • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including business process development and logical coding.
   • Proficiency with data tools like Data Loader, Workbench, Excel plugins.
   • System troubleshooting capabilities.
   • Clear documentation and communication skills.
   • Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration.
   • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
   • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
