Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Client Lead to develop interactions along the Customer Journey Map, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Client Lead manages client interactions, focusing on relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. They collaborate with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success, addressing quality and profitability, and proactively identifying and solving potential issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Offering value-added solutions to existing clients and leading consultancy sessions for future needs.
  2. Managing presales negotiations and communications.
  3. Sharing sales strategies and digital transformation roadmaps with PMs.
  4. Participating in project progress meetings and resolving client issues.
  5. Negotiating scope changes and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
  6. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Leading project retrospectives and collecting client feedback.
  8. Understanding team members' skills and motivations to optimize team allocation.
  9. Communicating staffing needs and contributing to project delivery and risk management.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience managing large accounts and working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • At least 6 years in business/technology consulting and project management.
  • Experience with digital and international projects.
  • Proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.
