**Are you ready to take your sales training expertise to the next level?** Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Training Manager to join the Instrument and Enterprise Services Division (IES). In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to craft and deliver world-class educational programs for our sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our customers by empowering our sales teams.

**Location:** We are seeking to hire a European sales trainer who is based in the Western or Central European Time Zone with the ability to travel internationally up to 20% overnight.

Responsibilities
  1. Independently develop and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective results.
  2. Proactively collaborate with marketing, operations, commercialization, and sales teams to identify training needs and gaps.
  3. Design, implement, and measure a global multiphase, rapid onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders.
  4. Deliver training at international, national, and regional sales meetings.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (preferably in Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English is required. Bilingual in German or French is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms/learning management systems as an administrator.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies; certification in Miller Heiman is a plus.
