Formación

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist for a 12-month contract to join our dedicated IBERIA team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This requires the delivery of smooth customer contracting and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data that in turn facilitates flawless supply of goods and services to our customers.

The role involves reviewing proposed contract contents to assess completeness, acting as a gatekeeper to compliant, the building of contractual documents, troubleshooting blockers to sales order processing and acting as a backup to the Tender Specialist.

What You Can Expect :

Work closely with sales and pricing teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.

Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process.

Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email.

Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.

What We Expect :

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional level of written and spoken English and Spanish with knowledge of Portuguese being advantageous.

Previous experience with public sector tenders is desirable.

Experience with CRM software, Oracle, Salesforce is an advantage.
