5+ years of relevant work experience in business development.
Experience in the photovoltaic industry is preferred.

Descripción del empleo
Master the European new energy market information, understand the solar tracking bracket fixed bracket and project dynamics;
Excavate project information and customer purchasing mechanisms, formulate corresponding development strategies and sales strategies;
Collect market, project, customer, and competitor information of target countries in Europe, analyze and process this information, and submit regular market and customer development reports;
Analyze the European project bidding / procurement decision chain, link key resources, identify and break through key decision makers;
Regularly visit European customers, understand customer demand dynamics, explore customer needs in depth; identify project opportunities, link sales resources, break through target customers, lead contract negotiations, and successfully secure project orders.
Coordinate all internal resources to promote project orders from design to delivery.
Qualifications :
Resident in Spain, bachelor degree or above, familiar with international trade operation processes;
Strong business development and negotiation skills, with more than five years of relevant work experience;
Experience in foreign trade within the photovoltaic industry or international market development is preferred;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently managing customer relationships;
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to reside permanently in Spain.
