A leading solar energy company is seeking a business development professional based in Spain to master the European energy market and cultivate customer relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in business development, strong negotiation skills, and a familiarity with international trade processes. This full-time role requires effective communication and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on developing strategies to secure project orders.

Formación

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business development.
  • Experience in the photovoltaic industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

  • Master European new energy market information.
  • Excavate project information and formulate development strategies.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
  • Identify and link key decision makers for project bidding.
  • Visit customers to explore needs and secure project orders.

Descripción del empleo
  • Master the European new energy market information, understand the solar tracking bracket fixed bracket and project dynamics;
  • Excavate project information and customer purchasing mechanisms, formulate corresponding development strategies and sales strategies;
  • Collect market, project, customer, and competitor information of target countries in Europe, analyze and process this information, and submit regular market and customer development reports;
  • Analyze the European project bidding / procurement decision chain, link key resources, identify and break through key decision makers;
  • Regularly visit European customers, understand customer demand dynamics, explore customer needs in depth; identify project opportunities, link sales resources, break through target customers, lead contract negotiations, and successfully secure project orders.
  • Coordinate all internal resources to promote project orders from design to delivery.
  • Qualifications :

    • Resident in Spain, bachelor degree or above, familiar with international trade operation processes;
    • Strong business development and negotiation skills, with more than five years of relevant work experience;
    • Experience in foreign trade within the photovoltaic industry or international market development is preferred;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently managing customer relationships;
    • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to reside permanently in Spain.
