About the Role:

The role involves delivering the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products in the designated area. This includes adhering to operational policies and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards through effective leadership of the sales team.

Activities:
  1. Conducting daily training sessions with sales staff and reviewing performance.
  2. Performing morning duties to ensure sales vans depart on time and supporting sales staff with issues at departure.
  3. Setting and reviewing sales targets regularly to achieve growth objectives.
  4. Planning new routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
  5. Conducting route rides and field assessments for sales staff in the area.
Requirements:
  • Diploma certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory sales experience in a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Key competencies include knowledge of FMCG sales operations, numeracy and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership, negotiation skills, time management, and motivation skills.
