Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities
  • Accomplish or exceed the sales target through distributors by conducting sales analysis, developing sales plans, and forecasting sales targets.
  • Maintain and support the sales area team, coordinate efforts, and support the sales area manager to improve the distributor system.
  • Promote products through customer visits, maintain key customer relationships, and uphold the brand image.
  • Organize and propose marketing activities, including participation in national marketing events.
  • Collect and report marketing information related to sales and propose marketing solutions.
  • Manage the regional sales team effectively.
Key Accountabilities
  • Support the area sales manager in sales planning, analysis, distributor management, and achieving sales forecasts.
  • Manage sales within the area through the distribution network, updating it as necessary.
  • Enhance sales results through Value Selling and Strategic Selling techniques.
  • Coordinate local marketing activities with distributors.
  • Assist with technical service and application support to ensure distributor and end-user satisfaction.
  • Keep the area sales manager informed with reports on market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities for increased market penetration.
  • Build and manage an effective sales team in the territory, ensuring team members are qualified and capable of meeting objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
