Nofence is a Norwegian scale-up that has built the world's first virtual fencing solution for livestock. The technology consists of a solar-powered collar that communicates with an app over the cellular network. Through the app, farmers can set up a new grazing area in seconds, eliminating the need for traditional fencing installation and movement. This innovation improves farmer welfare and animal welfare by providing access to previously inaccessible areas and offering visibility of animal locations.

Currently, we have over 3,000 customers in Norway, and we are expanding into the UK, Spain, and the US. Our Spanish team is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their office near Vitoria Gasteiz Lava.

About the role

Your mission will be to follow up on potential and current customers. We do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling; all outbound calls are made through inquiries and follow-ups. Building good customer relations requires understanding customer needs and guiding them on how to best utilize our product. We offer comprehensive training, but previous experience working with farmers would be advantageous.

Status : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location : Preferably working at least 4 days per week in the office near Vitoria Gasteiz Lava

Main Responsibilities
  • Follow up on sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Respond to inbound inquiries
  • Manage your CRM workspace
  • Collaborate with our customer support team
  • Travel to relevant events and potential customers as needed
  • Contribute to projects across the organization and help improve the customer journey
  • Assist in developing the Spanish team and shaping our organizational structure
About you

We are seeking someone with:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (practical experience can suffice)
  • Proven sales experience in a tech company or industry
  • Knowledge related to agriculture, pasture management, or animal husbandry
  • A keen interest in our product and the ability to learn our technology
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
