• Own the floor : daily operations, store vibe, customer flow all you.
• Bring next-level service : make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.
• Drive the numbers : smash goals and then go beyond.
• Keep it fresh : visual merchandising that turns heads.
• Be the rock : manage issues, solve problems, and keep it cool.
• Work with purpose : manage stock, budgets, and day-to-day

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced in fashion or retail (streetwear is a huge plus).
• Confident, dynamic, and unafraid to take the lead.
• Obsessed with detail and organization.
• Love the pace of retail even when it’s wild.
• Solution-driven and customer-obsessed.
• Available on weekends and holidays this is where the energy lives.
• Fluent in English (C1 ideal) other languages? Big bonus.

YOUR DAILY FLOW

• Style customers and guide them through the COLD experience.
