Job Title: Sales Specialist - Clinical Informatics – Urology

Modality Sales Specialist - Clinical Informatics – Urology & Radiology

In this position, you have the opportunity to drive the digitalization of the healthcare system together with a dedicated team by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology, and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a strategic focus on growing sales of our Urology solutions—prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion-guided biopsy hardware—as well as expanding sales of our AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology within the Iberia region.

Your role :

  • Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Iberia, negotiating with clients, generating leads, delivering clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
  • Acts as the knowledge expert on the product, supporting overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise across accounts.
  • Delivers customer presentations focused on clinical and technical components of the value proposition, understanding and addressing competitive positioning and marketing strategies, and supporting tender strategies and quotations as needed.
  • Monitors competition and industry changes, providing feedback and suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Achieves revenue growth expectations within the territory, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develops and executes territory business plans to drive product usage and meet sales goals.
  • Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize coverage and promotional tactics.
  • Conducts regular business reviews for the territory.
  • Focuses on optimized product mix and ensures order collection to meet turnover targets.
  • Develops business partnerships with customers, focusing on consultative sales relationships.
  • Sells according to agreed prices and in accordance with commercial policies, with limited negotiation in decentralized accounts.
  • Addresses queries effectively, balancing service and cost, and applies LEAN principles for continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if you have :

  • Extensive clinical experience with specialized training and a completed degree (technical or medical).
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or application of medical systems & solutions, especially in Urology.
  • Experience in Radiology is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare processes, IT, and eHealth.
  • Understanding of reimbursement structures in Iberia healthcare.
  • Convincing, reliable demeanor with high sales and IT affinity.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High self-initiative, task reliability, and determination.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel most days, and work independently with good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling new IT and communication tools.

How we work together

We value collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities, while field roles operate mainly outside the main facilities at customer or supplier locations. This role is a field role.
