Sales Specialist, AWS End User Computing

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) focuses on driving revenue, adoption, and growth across small- and mid-market to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.

Key job responsibilities

  • Be Customer Obsessed.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical through strategic, value-based selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and references.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account / territory plan.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging solutions architects, professional services, executives, and partners.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions for AWS EUC solutions.
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Close new business and expand existing accounts, fostering long-term strategic relationships.
  • Participate in regional team meetings for education and strategy alignment.
  • Travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in quota-carrying technology sales or business development managing medium to large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with Citrix, VMWare, VDI, SaaS, DaaS, Virtual Workplaces.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans for enterprise accounts.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a matrixed organization.
  • Experience selling DaaS or VDI solutions and application virtualization.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer executives and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies.
  • Track record of generating demand and building sustainable business.
  • Managing large enterprise customer accounts across regions.
