What You'll Do

1. Own the floor: daily operations, store vibe, customer flow—all you.
2. Bring next-level service: make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.
3. Drive the numbers: smash goals and then go beyond.
4. Keep it fresh: visual merchandising that turns heads.
5. Be the rock: manage issues, solve problems, and keep it cool.
6. Work with purpose: manage stock, budgets, and day-to-day operations.

Who You Are

1. Experienced in fashion or retail (streetwear experience is a huge plus).
2. Confident, dynamic, and unafraid to take the lead.
3. Obsessed with detail and organization.
4. Loves the pace of retail, even when it’s wild.
5. Solution-driven and customer-obsessed.
6. Available on weekends and holidays—the energy lives here.
7. Fluent in English (C1 ideal); knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
