The Sales Specialist – MIBS Portfolio is a key member of the Breast & Skeletal Health commercial team, responsible for driving adoption and sales of Hologic’s minimally invasive biopsy systems.

This role involves working closely with Key Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and radiology stakeholders to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and grow the MIBS market share across the assigned region.

What You Can Expect :

  • Own and drive sales performance for the full MIBS (minimally invasive biopsy) portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Hologic’s biopsy and specimen imaging systems, supporting product positioning and clinical discussions.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and close sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with radiologists, technologists, and procurement teams.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers in breast imaging centers and hospitals.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth product adoption, customer satisfaction, and clinical success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer engagement through Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings, clinical trends, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent Hologic at trade shows, workshops, and regional training events as required.

What We Expect :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Sales experience, preferably in interventional radiology, biopsy, or surgical oncology.
  • Clinical and technical product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to engage both clinical and economic stakeholders in value-based and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the territory.
