Location : based in Madrid covering the Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, Murcia and Valencia regions

The Sales Specialist MIBS Portfolio is a key member of the Breast & Skeletal Health commercial team, responsible for driving adoption and sales of Hologic’s minimally invasive biopsy systems.

This role involves working closely with Key Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and radiologist stakeholders to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and grow the MIBS market share across the assigned region.

What You Can Expect :

  • Own and drive sales performance for the full MIBS (minimally invasive biopsy) portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Hologic’s biopsy and specimen imaging systems, supporting product positioning and clinical discussions.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and close sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with radiologists, technologists, and procurement teams.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers in breast imaging centers and hospitals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer engagement through Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings, clinical trends, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
